Graduating from business school represents one of the most significant milestones in your life — it is a testament to your hard work and dedication. As your dean, I am proud of each and every one of you and honored to share in this special celebration.

Commencement is a time to reflect on your accomplishments at Michigan Ross and look ahead to the many opportunities that await you. Throughout your journey in business school, you have shown determination, creativity, and initiative, confronting real-world challenges and demonstrating exceptional leadership. You have learned and grown in a rapidly changing business landscape, shaped by the emergence of new technologies and evolving societal expectations. These forces are transforming industries and redefining how businesses create value. I am confident you will use the knowledge and skills you’ve developed at Michigan Ross, along with your integrity and sense of responsibility, to help build a better world.

Today also marks your transition from students to alumni.
